I am by no means a recipe maker, so when you season your pork you can season in with however much you want. Be mindful of the salt!
I hope that you find this an easier way to make a meal that will cover you for lunch and dinner. I am a big fan of making bigger cuts of meats like roasts and things so that you can pick off of them for the week for lunches.
