Meal Plan

Here is a simple meal plan to follow. Eat every 3-4 hours as needed make sure to keep your portions in check.


Meal 1:  4-6 oz protein, 1/2 cup starch, 1 fruit

Meal 2: 4-6 oz protein, 1/2 c starch, 1/2 cup vegetable

Meal 3: 4-6 oz protein, 1/2 c starch, 1/2 c vegetable, 1 fruit

Meal 4: 4-6 oz protein, 1/2 c starch, 1/2 c vegetable

Meal 5: 4-6 oz protein, 1 c vegetable, 1/2 c starch (optional), 1 fruit

Meal 6: 4-6 oz protein, 1 c vegetable


Paleo Option

Monday 
Meal 1
2 Egg omelet with spinach and sweet potato

Meal 2
Apple with some nuts

Meal 3
Grilled chicken with light BBQ sauce with steamed zuchinni and some plantains

Meal 4
Shredded beef and sweet potato hash
